Brenna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specialized experience supporting first responders, individuals navigating perinatal and maternal mental health concerns, and those impacted by trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in a strong understanding of how personal experiences, environmental stressors, and systemic factors influence mental health and overall functioning.
Her areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions, with an emphasis on helping individuals and organizations build resilience and practical skills for navigating high-stress environments. Brenna brings a collaborative and supportive approach to training and consultation, helping teams strengthen confidence, awareness, and capacity when responding to complex mental health needs.
Her professional background includes community-based work with individuals, families, and youth, as well as experience supporting high-demand roles and emotionally intensive settings.
